the process; the fabric is folded into two or four folds, the fabric is than stitched with a running stitched all across the border. this helps to secure the fabric layer from moving. a desired pattern is traced onto the fabric with khadi or indigo. the folded fabric at the dots is lifted and tied. this fabric is now ready to dye, the process is similar to ombrey dyeing.
